#WhoKnew | Social Enterprise Day on Thursday 17th November 2016
Thursday 17th November is a day of opportunity for the UK’s 70,000 social enterprises (of which we are one) to shout out loud on social media, about all the good work they do. It’s about telling the wider audience about what social enterprise does for our community and/or our environment – and how we’re making a difference. Whether you’re just starting-up, scaling-up or a well established #SocEnt, why not join in?
Promoted by Social Enterprise UK, they’ve invited social enterprises all over the UK to tell their stories using the #WhoKnew hashtag, posting pictures on their social media feeds (including Twitter, Facebook and Instagram). So why not showcase what you do in words on a sign (downloadable from their website):

Please do your best to RT your favourite social enterprise products or services – social enterprises are hopefully the nicest businesses to do business with! On the run up to Christmas, why not think about ‘buying social’ and checking out what your local social enterprises have to offer.
The campaign starts on Monday 14th, building to the official day on 17th – so get shouting out about your own social enterprise, or the ones you know and care about.
