Be part of Britain’s biggest ever sports day and let’s celebrate the successes of the British Team in Rio 2016. Let’s follow their lead and get ourselves (and the nation) more active!
‘Walk This Way’ – Join Human-Nature at Trentham for a free Nordic Walking taster/demo session on I AM TEAM GB day with our British Nordic Walking Qualified Instructor! Places are limited so Contact Us to confirm your interest.
This event is suitable for adult participants only – participants must complete a pre-activity health questionnaire to actively participate – also needed for pole sizing to correct participant height.

(Note – Signing up for this event on the IAmTeamGB website, does not automatically notify us at Human-Nature Escapes CIC that you want to attend as details are not passed on to us – so please make contact directly to avoid disappointment).
This will be a free taster, but normal entry charges to the gardens will apply for entry into main gardens – or use your annual pass for those that have them.
Meeting point – Meet just inside the South Entrance gates at 11am – Look out for us wearing bright green ‘human-nature’ T Shirts with bright green Nordic walking poles – you won’t miss us! Wear an IAmTeamGB T Shirt or Human-Nature T Shirt if you have one.
Anyone not wanting to Nordic walk, but wanting to know more about our ‘green exercise’ activities can also pop down and meet us there at 11am.
